1. Traditional English Breakfast

Take: 2 Pork Sausages, Tomatoes, Bacon Rashers, Oil, Eggs


Make: In a large pan, fry bacon rashers over medium heat to taste. During the last 5 minutes, place 2 tomatoes, cut in half, and 2 pork sausages in the pan and cook, turning sausages. During the last 2 minutes, cook 2 eggs according to your preference in same or separate pan. Optional: Serve with baked beans or sauteed mushrooms.

2. Sausage & Bean Cassoulet

Take: 1 lb. Pork Sausage, Oil, Garlic, Stock, Butter Beans, Flageolet Beans (or Navy), Tomato Puree, Red Chili (optional)


Make: Pan-fry pork sausages 5-10 min. until brown and crispy, turning often. In a pot or heatproof casserole dish, combine sausages, 1 tsp oil, 4 cloves garlic, 1/2 pint stock, 16 oz can of butter beans (rinsed and drained), 16 oz can flageolet beans (rinsed and drained), 3 tbsp tomato puree, and one red chili (optional) deseeded and chopped. Mix well, cover and cook until thoroughly heated in pot on stovetop or in casserole dish in oven. Optional: Substitute navy beans for flageolet beans if needed. Optional: After browning sausage, cut into bite-size pieces for the cassoulet.

3. Sausage, Egg & Homemade Fries

Take: Pork Sausages, Large Potatoes, Oil, Eggs


Make: Preheat oven to 400F. Pan-fry pork sausages 5-10 min. until brown and crispy, turning often. For homemade fries, peel and cut 1 lb potatoes into chunky wedges, place on a baking tray and sprinkle with 1 tbsp oil. (Season to taste). Cook in oven for about 30-40 minutes until soft and crispy golden on the outside. Serve with a fried egg, peas, and tomato relish.

4. Glazed & Roasted Sausages

Take: 1 lb. Pork Sausages, Sweet Potatoes, Parsnips, Olive Oil, Red Chili, Garlic, Brown Sugar, Soy Suace, Lime Rind & Juice


Make: Preheat oven to 375.. Spread 1 lb. pork sausages on a large baking tray. Then add a single layer of 2 sweet potatoes, cut into small wedges, and 2 parsnips, peeled and cut into small wedges. Coat with 2 tbsp olive oil and bake for 25 minutes.

Mix 1 red chili, deseeded and chopped, 2 garlic cloves, chopped, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 lime, juice and rind. Spoon over sausage dish, return to the oven for 15 more minutes until the glaze is sticky and potatoes browned.

Optional: Substitute precut, frozen fries and sweet potato fries.
Optional: Serve with sour cream and salsa.

5. Hot Dogs with Sweet Chili Glaze

Time to Make: About 15 Minutes


Take: 2-4 Pork Sausages, Onion, Butter, Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce


Make: Pan-fry or grill sausages 5-10 min. until brown and crispy. Meanwhile, make the chili glaze: Place 1/2 onion, sliced, and a 1/2 tbsp of butter into a pan and cook over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes until soft. Stir in 2 tbsp of sweet chili dipping sauce for one minute. Serve sausages on hot dog rolls with glaze on top.

6. Easy Sausage Pasta

Take: 1 lb. Pork Sausages, Jar of Tomato Pasta Sauce, Quick Cook Penne Pasta, Can Baked Beans, Can Sweet Corn, Zucchini, Cheddar Cheese


Make: Pan-fry sausages 5-10 min. until brown and crispy. Add 16oz jar of tomato sauce, 8 oz quick cook penne pasta, 3/4 pint of water, 1 can baked beans, 1 can sweet corn, and 1 zucchini, thinly sliced. Stir gently, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Top with 2 oz of grated Cheddar cheese. Serve with garlic bread and salad.

7. Toad-in-the-Hole

Time to Make: About 30 Minutes


Take: 1 lb. Pork Sausages, Onion, Plain Flour, Egg, Milk, Fresh Thyme


Make: Preheat oven to 425F. Place sausages and 1/2 onion, sliced, into a roasting tin. Cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, make the batter. Place 3 oz plain flour in a bowl and mix in 1 egg. Slowly add 1/4 pint milk and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and add 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped.

Remove the sausages from the oven and pour the batter over. Return to the oven for 15-20 minutes until well risen and golden brown. Serve with mashed potato and gravy.

8. Sausage Biryani

Time to Make: About 12-15 Minutes


Take: 2-3 Pork Sausages, Medium Curry Paste, Onion, Mushrooms, Cooked Rice, Water, Tomato, Fresh Coriander

 

Make: In a large non-stick wok or saucepan, fry sausages with 2 tbsp curry paste for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 onion, thinly sliced, and 4 oz mushrooms, chopped and cook gently for a further 4 minutes.

Add 6 oz cooked rice and 4 tbsp water and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 tomato, finely chopped, and 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped. Serve wish toasted naan bread and relish.

9. Twisted Sausage Rolls

Time to Make: About 30 Minutes


Take: 1 lb. Pork Sausages, Egg (beaten), 2-3 Canned Bisquits (or substitute)


Make: Preheat oven to 400F. Roll out biscuits with rolling pin and cut into 1" wide strips. Take each strip of pastry, place a sausage on each strip and wind around sausage. Brush with egg and place on a baking sheet and cook in oven until pastry is golden brown, about 20 minutes.

 

10. "Bangers & Mash" with Red Onion Gravy

Take: 1 lb. Pork Sausages, Red wine (or stock), Red Currant Jam, Fresh Thyme, Gravy Granules


Make: Pan-fry sausages and 2 small red onions, sliced, for 5-10 min. until sausages are brown and crispy. Put in a casserole dish and pour the following mixture onto sausages: 1/4 pt red wine or stock, 3 tbsp redcurrant jam, and 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped. Cover and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Stir in 1 tbsp of gravy granules to thicken the sauce.

Serve with a large pile of creamy mashed potatoes and onion gravy.
